PAYMENT REGULATIONS

Article 1. Payment Method

1.1. Guests are able to make payments for service bookings at Song Be Golf Resort using the following payment methods:

a. ATM card (Domestic Debit/Payment/Prepaid card);

b. International Credit/Debit/Prepaid card

c. QR code;

d. Cash; or

e. Other methods according to the written agreement of the Parties, depending on time.

1.2. If payment is made via bank transfer, the transfer detail must include:

(i) Name of Guest/Partner;

(ii) Services used at Song Be Golf Resort;

(iii) Payment type.

1.3. Song Be Golf Resort has the right to implement further changes to the payment procedure and inform Guests/Partners beforehand through written announcement or by posting on the Website.

Article 2. Payment Regulations

2.1. Song Be Golf Resort has the right to decline credit card payments from Guests/Partners in specific cases, subject to the discretion of Song Be Golf Resort.

2.2. To ensure payment security, Guest/Partners should:

a. Ensure that online payments are made based on the links provided by Song Be Golf Resort;

b. Use and safeguard your card (credit cards, ATM cards...) and account/card information carefully ;

c. Avoid letting others borrow or use your payment card for reservations at Song Be Golf Resort. In case customers detect any suspicious transactions at Song Be Golf Resort, reach out to us promptly for immediate assistance;

d. Do not disclose your CVV/CVC/CSC number, a three‐digit security code on the back of your credit/debit card, during transactions.

Article 3. Unsuccessful Transaction

3.1. Unsuccessful transactions may be caused by a range of factors. Some typical reasons are:

a. Not registered for online payment with the Bank

b. With Visa, MasterCard: During the payment process, customers might not have successfully verified their Visa or MasterCard when asked to enter the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password.

c. Insufficient balance or limit on the card for the payment. Certain banks impose daily spending limits on cards.

d. Incorrect card information.

e. The POS network errors

f. Customers have transferred to the e‐wallet, but have not yet completed the transfer to Song Be Golf Resort account.

3.2. Please contact the issuing bank to ascertain the precise reason.
