General Regulations
GOLF ETIQUETTE RULES
Exhibit proper, polite, and courteous behavior while adhering to the established rules of golf.
Treat all Song Be Golf Resort (SBGR) employees, guests, and other members with respect.
Be considerate and keep noise to a minimum to avoid distracting other golfers, do not make unnecessary noise.
Do not play through a previous group without prior permission from the marshals.
Do not hit more than one ball during your golf round.
Presenting your "Daily" card when using food and beverage services.
Parking in the designated area and following the instructions of the staff in charge.
DRESS CODE
Customers and Members are required to wear appropriate attire while on the golf course and in other practice facilities.
Appropriate golf attire:
Sleeved t-shirt with collar, mock collar, and turtlenecks (Women are allowed to wear collared, sleeveless shirts)
Long pants & shorts, women are allowed to wear golf dresses (except jeans).
Golf shoes.
Note: Marshals are authorized to inspect all Customers/Members' attire. If attire is deemed inappropriate, they may refuse to allow teeing off.
PACE OF PLAY
Golfers must adhere to the pace of play guidelines which is established by The SBGR Management. Each playing group is responsible for keeping up with the pace of play of the group ahead. If a group cannot maintain its position on the course and is causing delays for the group behind, or if the group’s pace is acceptable but the group behind could play faster, the Marshals have the right to allow the group behind to play through, regardless of the number of players in the group.
REGULATIONS FOR USING BUGGY
Do not leave valuable items in the buggy. Customers and members take care of their own personal assets.
The driver and any companion must follow restrictions and sit in the designated positions.
Each 2-seat buggy can carry a maximum of 02 golfers, 02 caddies, and 02 golf bags.
Lock the brakes after leaving the buggy.
Drive the buggy safely and adhere to the guidance provided by the caddy or Marshals, as well as follow all golf course rules and regulations.
While using the buggy, the driver assumes full responsibility for any damage caused (if any).
CHILDREN
In the interest of safety:
Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using SBGR services
Children under the age of 14 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the golf practice facilities,
Children under the age of 14 are allowed to play on the golf course only if they provide a handicap certificate or a golf proficiency certificate and are accompanied by an adult at all times, except in special circumstances that are approved by The Management.
Minors (under the age of 18) are not allowed to be served alcoholic beverages.
Children over the age of 5 must use the restroom according to their gender.
LOCKER ROOM
Food and Beverages are prohibited in the locker room.
Self-manage of your personal belongings in the locker.
Personal lockers in the locker room are for day use only. The locker key must be returned at the golf bag drop within the day. You will be required to pay a re-locking fee according to regulations if you do not return the locker key before closing time or lose it.
When using a personal locker, users must preserve their personal belongings, ensure that the locker is securely locked, and keep the key carefully. Do not store valuables or expensive items in the personal locker.
All items left overnight in the locker will be notified by SBGR to the owner, in the event that SBGR is unable to find the owner the left items will be handled according to the law.
SBGR will not be responsible for any loss or damage to customers’ personal belongings in the locker room or personal assets under any circumstances.
SWIMMING POOL
Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult when using the Swimming pool.
All swimmers and sunbathers must wear appropriate swimming apparel as per the regulations of SBGR.
Service fees vary depending on whether it is a weekday or weekend. Fees are charged daily and are non-transferable.
In cases of thunder or lightning, everyone must exit the pool area immediately.
Towels provided for the swimming pool are only for swimmers. Swimmers must return the towels after use. If the towel is lost or not returned, the swimmer will be required to pay a reimbursement fee according to regulations.
To maintain the pool's water quality, please adhere to the following regulations:
Do not throw anything into the pool.
Do not smoke within 3 meters of the swimming pool area.
People with infectious or skin diseases are not allowed to use the swimming pool.
Do not access the filter system and the water pump room, unless permitted by the Board of General Director.
GYM
All gym participants must wear fitness attire that complies with SBGR requirements.
For safety reasons, all children under the age of 18 must have adult supervision while using the gym facilities. Children under 12 are not allowed in the gym.
Service fees vary depending on whether it is a weekday or weekend. Fees are charged on the day of service and are non-transferable.
To maintain the quality of gym equipment, please adhere to the following regulations:
Do not remove any equipment from the gym area. Smoking is not allowed in the gym.
Bags or any bulky objects are not permitted inside the gym.
Food and alcoholic beverages are not allowed in the gym.
People with infectious or skin diseases are not allowed to use the gym.
After use, please clean the sweat off each device and return it to its original place after use.
When the gym is crowded, each person may use only one piece of equipment for a maximum of 20 minutes.
Customers are responsible for compensation for any damage caused to gym equipment or SBGR's property.
DRIVING RANGE
Opening hours: 05:30 AM - 08:30 PM.
Maintenance closing times: Every Monday & Thursday: From 05:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Do not remove balls from the Auto Tee-off system while using the driving range for storing purposes.
Do not take balls from the Auto Tee-off system out of the driving range.
Food and beverages from outside are not allowed at the driving range.
Adhere to the rule of one golfer per practice bay.
Dress code:
All customers must wear appropriate attire while using the driving range.
Staff have the right to refuse service if customers wear inappropriate attire.
For safety, please adhere to the following regulations:
If you are an observer, you must stand outside the yellow line.
If you are a golfer, you must practice inside the yellow line.
Due to the limited height of the first floor, please practice on the second floor if you are over 1.70 meters tall or have a vertical swing when practicing with the driver
Only SBGR’s coaches are allowed to teach in the academy, practice area, driving range, and other areas.
Follow the instructions at the chip-putt practice area.
F&B SERVICES
Food and beverages from outside are not allowed for consumption at SBGR. F&B areas serve only approved menus specific to each area.
Food needs to be ordered at least 30 minutes before closing hour.
Beverages must be ordered at least 15 minutes before closing hour.
Payment for F&B services is required to be settled on the same day the service is provided.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED ACTIONS AT SBGR
Customers must no illegal behaviors
Customers do not conduct any political or religious activities or use or authorize the use of SBGR's assets for these purposes.
Customers do not use SBGR's name or address for advertising and commercial purposes without The Management’s permission.
Aggressive behaviors toward or assault SBGR staff are prohibited. In the case that a customer needs to file a complaint against SBGR staff for a particular reason, the customer must speak to a representative or report the issue to SBGR Management so that the problem can be identified and resolved. Please note that anonymous complaints will not be considered.
ASSETS OF SBGR
It is strictly prohibited for customers and members to take any property belonging to SBGR from SBGR premises. Any unauthorized removal of SBGR will be considered a violation, and the individual responsible will be held accountable by laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SBGR
SBGR assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage related to the property of customers and members on the SBGR premises.
The property is forgotten by the Customer and the Member will be notified by SBGR to the owner, in case SBGR cannot identify the owner of the property, SBGR will handle it in accordance with the provisions of the law
To maintain service quality and the best golfing environment, The Management will take necessary actions, including issuing warnings or denying providing services, to those who fail to adhere to the regulations, use inappropriate language, or display aggressive behavior.
