I. SUBJECTS AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
• This policy governs how SBGR processes Customers' personal information.
• The Subjects of this policy are Customers who access SBGR's Website and other related entities.
• Information collected and processed from Customers accessing the website is mainly basic personal data as follows: full name, email, phone number, customer address, and personal identification number…provided proactively by customers through the Contact and Booking sections.
• Customers are responsible for the security and storage of all service usage activities under self-provided information and personal email. In addition, customers are responsible for promptly notifying our website of any unauthorized use, abuse, security violations, or retention of registration names and passwords by third parties in order to take measures to resolve the issue and make appropriate decisions.
II. PURPOSE OF USING INFORMATION
Customers agree to allow us to use the information they provide for one or more of the following purposes:
• To contact customers to confirm reservations when receiving requests from them;
• To provide product information as requested by customers;
• To send marketing and promotional emails about the services we provide;

V. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF CUSTOMERS REGARDING PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY
• Customers have the right to be informed about information processing activities, and to consent or decline the processing of their personal information unless otherwise prescribed by law;
• Customers can access to view, edit, or request the correction of their personal information, as well as delete or request the deletion of their personal information. They may also object to the company's processing of their personal information to prevent or limit disclosure for advertising and marketing purposes unless otherwise prescribed by law;
• Customers have the right to file complaints, make denunciations, or pursue legal action in accordance with the law;

VII. METHODS AND TOOLS FOR USERS TO ACCESS AND EDIT THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION
• Customers have the right to check, update, adjust, or delete their personal information by contacting the website administration.
• Customers also have the right to submit complaints about information security to the website administration. When receiving the feedback, we will verify the information. If the customer's report is correct, depending on the severity, we will take timely remedial measures.
VIII. RECEIVING AND RESOLVING USER COMPLAINTS
• All disputes arising between the Company and Customers using the website will be resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, either party has the right to bring the matter before the competent People's Court for resolution.
• Any disputes between customers accessing the website and the third parties related to the use of the website must be resolved through negotiation. The violated party has the right to gather evidence, such as emails and text messages, and contact the Website Administration for assistance in resolving the issue. If the case exceeds their authority, the Company will request to transfer the case to the competent authorities. In such cases, the company will continue to coordinate and support the affected party to ensure the best possible protection.
IX. OTHER TERMS
• This policy will take effect from 2024.
• Customers' personal information is committed to absolute confidentiality in accordance with current regulations on personal data protection and the Company's privacy policy. The customer is responsible for the legality of this information.
